By using Tessa Mae, you agree to these terms. You retain ownership of the original ideas you provide. The lyrics and album art generated in collaboration with Tessa Mae are considered joint works.

If a song you co-created is selected for professional production and release, you will be offered a collaboration agreement. This agreement will grant you a 50% share of the royalties from the master recording across all streaming platforms. You will be credited as a co-writer on the release.

We reserve the right to refuse any submission for any reason. Use of this service is at your own risk. We are not liable for any issues arising from the use of the generated content. This is Tessa Mae Version 1.
